I missed the Inauguration by a few seconds. I was running up to the lab at the time. Stupid work.

One of my co-worker's had the inauguration on her laptop and pointed it out to me. I believe my response was cool. She was surprised about that but I was in the middle of trying to figure out an important problem so I missed the entire thing.
I am excited about this.
I feel really lucky to be so old. I really, really get what an amazing day today is and I have been waiting for a LONG time.
I really was mad to miss the whole inauguration thing but I was home with a sick 3 year old who ruled the TV all day...boo!!
